How to Use Soft Resin Shilajit


Use Included Measuring Spoon The average Shilajit dosage is ±100 – 150 mg and should not exceed 600 mg per day. To ensure a precise serving, use the included stainless steel spoon to measure out ±150mg of Shilajit extract.	Mix With Any Liquid Mix it with water or another liquid. Now your favorite drink can become your favorite supplement too! Please take care not to boil your Shilajit. If diluting in water, use purified water and avoid tap water.
