The average dose is ±100 – 150 mg and should not exceed 300 mg per serving. To take cold solid Shilajit, warm it slightly and use the included spatula or a clean utensil to cut off a piece. A 150 mg serving is equal to a rice grain or one-third the size of a pea.

Preferably Take It Straight

Straight is the simplest and most effective way of taking Shilajit - just place it under your tongue.
