Retayne is a liquid cationic dye fixing agent. It is used as a pre-treatment on commercially dyed cotton fabrics that tend to bleed easily. It also helps to improve the wet fastness when coloring paper pulp. Retayne is helpful as an after treatment for Reactive Dyes where washing facilities are not adequate for complete washout.

Test fabric before washing it for the first time. Not recommended using this product with an energy efficient washing machine. For best results treat by hand using 140F water or an older machine (Not Energy Efficient). A Color Fixative for commercially dyed cotton, linen, and rayon fabrics that bleed.
