Recipe idea - potatoes with pretzel crunch

A delicious snack with the Pretzel Pieces

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Spread potatoes with oil, pierce with a fork and place them in the oven on a sheet with baking paper for 40-45 minutes. Once the potatoes are ready, allow to cool a little. While the potatoes are in the oven, crush the pretzel pieces into smaller pieces. For this purpose, you can fill them in a freezer bag and roll them over with a rolling pin. If the potatoes are cooled down, cut in the middle. Use a teaspoon to hollow out the potato halves and place the potato inside in a bowl. Place the potato bowl back on the baking tray. Mash the potato into porridge, mix with cheese and the sour cream. Fill the potato bowls with the potato cheese mix and finally put the crushed pretzel pieces as a topping on top. Then everything for approx. 15 minutes again in the oven until the potato halves are golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
