Nutritious The Premium Gold Gluten Free Pancake and Waffle Mix has 6g of whole grains, 1g of protein and Omega 3’s. Making it a more nutritious option when comparing it to all-purpose flour. Directions You will need 1 Premium Gold Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix, 1 large egg, 1 2/3 cups milk, 2 tablespoons oil. Shake bag to wake up ingredients. In mixing bowl beat eggs slightly. Add milk and oil to the eggs and beat until creamy. Add 1 level cup baking mix and blend until ingredients are incorporated. A few lumps are okay. Preheat non-stick pan to medium heat and lightly oil pan. Ladle ¼ cup of batter into pan. Wait for bubbles to develop and check to bottom of pancake. If golden brown then flip. Once both sides are golden brown remove from the pan and serve. For waffles follow the same directions and use the directions that came with your waffle iron. Yields approximately 10 4.5” pancakes per batch or 50 4.5” pancakes per bag
