Recently we get low stars from a few customer and the scores has been low down from 4.9 to 4.2. We try to figure out the issue but none of the customer left any words about the issue.
Here is something we want to say.
For Returned Customer
We know that you already satisfy with our item and we still trying to improve for you. We are upgrading the inner box now, solving the soft and a little hard opening inner box problem and the poo powder will keep the high quality as always.
The new inventory will arrive on July if there was nothing wrong. After then, you will get better box.

For real customer who left the low stars
We are sincerely sorry for the issue and we hope that you can tell us more details about the issue and we will figure out the problems and solve your problems asap, we value all customer's voice and always do our best to improve and avoid the same issue happen again.
For Competitor who left the low stars
Spend more time improving your item's quality and service like we do instead of playing trick on customer, your trick can never blind our customer. Let our item say who's the winner but no cheating!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
