Create a topical by mixing 3-5 of Juniper Berry with a carrier oil. It's a powerful antioxidant and has antiseptic properties. Massage into your skin to help reduce skin blemishes and flair-ups. If stress and anxiety has you wound tight then diffuse a few drops of Juniper Berry to ease some of that tension. Gently massage into your skin to help reduce cellulite. Mix with a carrier oil to create a topical to soothe aching muscle and joints.	Create your own natural topical, even inspect repellent sprays! Try this, for a refreshing foot bath, blend 1 tsp. of bubble bath with 15 drops each of Juniper Berry and Spearmint. Mix with 1 2 cup of Epsom salt and add warm water in a foot basin or tub.
