Pixie Relief Replacement Gel Pads are meant to be used with Pixie Relief and do not help with menstrual cramp relief by themselves. After about 10 uses, the stickiness on your Pulse Pads will wear off, and you will need to replace them so you can continue to have optimal results from your Pixie Relief TENS unit. To replace the gel pads on your Pixie Relief Pulse Pads, first make sure the unit is off and the Y-cord is detached. Then remove and dispose of the old gel by gripping one of the Pulse Pads and pulling gently on the gel. Remove the clear liner from one side of the new gel and place facedown on the Pulse Pad. Each gel pad should last for about 10 uses before the stickiness from the gel is gone and will need to be replaced. Pixie Relief Replacement Gel Pads comes in a pack of 20, for a total of 10 pairs of gel pads.
