Who can use Pixie Thermal?

Pregnant women, children, infants, and the elderly should ask a doctor before use. Avoid use if you have a pacemaker. Those with allergies, ulcers, open wounds, sensitive skin, and nerve damage may not wish to use the Herbal Pack.

Can I wash it?

The device cannot be machine washed or dried. Spot clean with a damp cloth only. Make sure the unit is completely dry before turning it on.

Can the Pixie Thermal be combined with a TENS unit?

Yes, it is safe to combine the heating pad with a TENS unit. If you do experience any discomfort, discontinue the combination immediately.

How long do the herbal packs last and can I replace them?

Each herbal pack lasts up to 20 days with daily use. At this time, we do not sell Pixie Herbal Packs separately. You can find a generic herbal pack elsewhere that will fit in the Pixie Thermal pocket to replace as needed.

Is the EMF level of Pixie Thermal safe?
