Ingredients: 175g self-raising flour, sifted, 180ml milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp golden caster sugar, Sweet & Salty Crunchy Peanut Butter, Fresh strawberries, Handful of chocolate chips for a cheeky final topping (optional) &Coconut oil
Method:
1. Whisk together the milk and egg then fold in the flour and sugar.
2. Heat coconut oil over a medium-high heat in a frying pan.
3. Add a tablespoon scoop of mixture at a time and cook on one side until the shine of the mixture disappears (around 3-5 minutes).
4. Once the shine disappears flip over and cook the otherside. Fry until both sides are golden.
5. Top with lashings of peanut butter and your choice of toppings.
