Get Ready for the Cleanest/Simplest Audio Install that You've ever done!

The Pioneer connector is pre-wired to the Metra 70-1721 style connectors to fit your Honda or Acura. All you need to do is plug it in!

You will also need to connect the Reverse, Vehicle Speed, and E-brake signals if you need these features. In some cases, additional connections to the steering wheel control module may be needed based on the module and the instructions provided with it.

Headunit Installation

Details

  • Fits only Pioneer models (See Compatibility List below)
  • Connect your Pioneer NEX or App Radio headunit directly to your Vehicle with minimal wire soldering/crimping and without damaging factory wire!
  • We use only high quality, large diameter wire and connectors. You will not be disappointed.
  • Reverse, Vehicle Speed, and E-brake signals are provided from the Pioneer connector. +12v switched (Red) and Ground (Black) connections are also provided for connection of a steering wheel control interface or other +12v device.
  • Does NOT include the Parking Brake Bypass Module. The parking brake signal is provided for connection.

The Parking Brake Bypass module is not included with this wiring adapter but many customers prefer to add it as part of their install. This guide shows you how to add it!



Compatible with 1998-2002 Honda Accord. Compatible with 1998-2008 Civic, Civic Si, Element, Insight, Odyssey, Pilot, Prelude, Ridgeline, S2000. Also fits Acura models including MDX NSX and RDX. Fits most 1998-2007 Honda or Acura vehicles (and some 2008 vehicles). Perfect for honda civic car stereo if you are installing an aftermarket Pioneer radio or navigation system. Reverse, Vehicle Speed, and E-brake signals are provided from the Pioneer connector. +12v (Red) and Ground (Black) connections are provided for connection of a steering wheel control interface. Steering Wheel Control wire is provided to the Honda connector (This signal is unique - the signal is not provided on most aftermarket install harnesses) This can be connected to the AXXESS ASWC-1. Plug and play installation of a Pioneer double din car stereo (or single din radio) using the factory wiring. ONLY FITS A PIONEER RADIO. (Metra 70-1721 type connector wired to the Pioneer connector).
