Some concerns about two-handle floss holder:
1.1. “Winding the floss around tool is harder than wrapping it around your fingers and so is keeping it on.”
1.2. “This actually took some time and was pretty finicky.”
1.3. “Threading the holders takes time and it took multiple (and I mean multiple) attempts to be able to learn how to floss with the holders to do a half way decent job.”
1.4. “Winding the floss around them is pretty fussy. And they're just much harder to maneuver around inside my mouth.”
--------As our demo video shows, winding dental floss isn't difficult at all, you just need a little more patience and practice.
2. “But didn't help with my back teeth at all.”
--------In fact, one of the great advantages of the double-handle floss holder is that it makes cleaning between the back teeth very easy. All you have to do is a little more practice and patience, and you can become proficient in it within a week.
3. “This doesn't reduce plastic waste, is cumbersome, and harder to use than your fingers.”
--------This will definitely reduce plastic waste. The holder is made of 304 stainless steel, not disposable plastic. Of course, the floss is disposable, but it only needs 5-6 inches long each time to floss.
You find it hard to use, that's because you just started using it. Keep using it and you'll get good at it within a week.
4. “The big metal pieces are cumbersome to get into the back of your mouth. Then there's the matter of sanitizing the metal between uses.”
--------This floss holder is not big at all. It is smaller than all single-handled floss holders on the market. You can easily take it with you when traveling. Of course, it's longer than a disposable floss pick.
If it is cumbersome to get into the back mouth with a two-handle holder, then it will definitely more cumbersome with your fingers.
We believe there is no need to sanitize the holder, cleaning is sufficient, because our mouth itself is not sterile."
5.1. “Maneuvering them in my mouth to get between my teeth was awkward.”
5.2. “The holder that was in my mouth kept clicking against my teeth.”
5.3. “The two handles, however, take a little practice. Definite learning curve.”
5.4. “There’s definitely a learning curve to moving the two of them around in your mouth.”
5.5. “I can't figure out how these handles make flossing easier or better. They make it a clumsy task for me.”
---------All you have to do is a little more practice and patience, and you can become proficient in it within a week.
6. “Not convenient to use.”
---------Disposable floss picks seem more convenient. But they are hard to get between your back teeth. In fact, a two-handle floss holder is not only good at cleaning back teeth, but also more convenient for cleaning between front teeth than floss picks.
