History

The Dehaeck family have over 70 years of dedicated experience in baking dry pastry. The special recipe was initially developed in a small patisserie in Ypres by Andre Dehaeck and is still the origin of many of our current recipes. Pidy has continued to grow, developing an extensive range of different types of pastry, giving you, the home chef, even more options for creating exceptional dishes. Pidy is known for its versatility and is ready-tofill with sweet or savoury fillings, served warm or chilled.
