Ingredients:

1 Large Banana
150 g flour 00
1 egg
50 g of Piana Miele Acacia Honey
30 g Sugar
110 g Soft butter
50 g Milk
½ bag of baking powder
125 g Powdered Sugar
40 g Dark chocolate
50 g Spreadable Cheese
40 g Cream

With a whisk, work the butter with the sugar, then add the egg. Combine the flour twice then the yeast. Towards the end, mix the mixture with your hands. Be careful not to work it too much and not to heat the butter in the dough too much. Let the pastry rest in the refrigerator, covered with cling film, for at least 1 hour. Combine the pureed banana with all the other ingredients for the cupcakes and mix with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth. Put in cupcake molds and bake for 40 minutes at 170 ° C. While cooking the cupcakes, separately, prepare the frosting: in a bowl whisk the butter with a whisk together with the icing sugar, then add the previously processed spreadable cheese. and made smooth. In a saucepan, bring the cream to the boil and add the chocolate, melt and work until you get a smooth and shiny cream.
