Step 1: Connect the X-Boost Portable SSD with your computer. Then search for "disk" and open "Create and format hard disk partitions".

Step 2: Find the new disk and open "New Simple Volume"

Step 3: Select what you want and click "Next".

Step 4: Select what you want and click "Next". Recommendation: Windows users choose "NTFS", MAC users or dual system users choose "exFAT". Check "You selected the following settings" and click "Finish"

Step 5: Congratulation finish the setting and you will get a private storage assistant.

Step 6: You can rename the portable SSD.
