CLEAN PUMP CAN SOLVE PROBLEM

PETKIT recommends that you dismantle and clean the pump regularly as instructed in the pictures, this will extend the life of pump and water dispenser. In these cases a thorough cleaning of the water pump can help you with the following problems.

1. weakened or no water coming out of the pump.
2. the pump becomes noisy.

HOW TO RESET FILTER

Soak filter in a clean container for 10 mins.
Rinse filter for 30 seconds.
Replace it, then press and hold the reset button at the bottom of water dispenser until orange filter light goes out.

One filter can work 2-4 Weeks in normal mode and 8-12 Weeks in smart mode.
Orange filter light will be on if you need to replace filter.
If you have any problems about resetting filter or cleaning pump, please remember to contact PETKIT via message. PETKIT will be glad to solve those problem for you.
