Gently glide pad onto cleansed skin at night. Leave on. Use 1 to 2 times a week at first, increasing to several times a week to boost your resurfacing routine. If well tolerated, you may use nightly. Use SPF protection during the day. If mild irritation or redness occur, use every other night until skin adjusts. Gradually build to nightly use. For external use only.
