1.Temperature lower than set temperature or not warm enough.

RE:The user instructions says: sometimes pad will feel slightly warmer than the ambient temperature but when pet lies on, heat can`t lose, it will reach the set temperature and stay at that temperature evenly and constantly. SO with or without pet on pad, it would be a big different!

Regarding the temperature set, please always follow the user instructions, not suggest to set pad at highest heat level.

2.Controller does not turn on.

RE: For anti-misoperation design, the power key was designed to be LONG PRESSED FOR 3 SECONDS to turn on.

3.Not sure if this heating pad can be used outdoor.

RE:It can be used for outdoor pet house, covered porch, garage etc as long as we keep it from direct sunlight, rain and snow.

4.Do I need to set timer every day!

RE: If set timer at 24H(always on), it will work day by day untill we turn it off or reset. if set at other timer levels, need to reset after timer runs out.

5.Can this be used with 240V 50Hz

RE: This heating pad rated 120V 60Hz, can be used only in USA and Canada.

*TIMER: When controller turns on press TIMER key to set timer from 2H to 24H(alwasy on)depending on our need, pad will auto shut off after timer runs out except we set it at the 24H(always on) level.

7 Timer Levels: 2H, 4H, 6H, 8H, 10H, 12H and 24H(Alwasys on).

*HEAT:When controller turns on. press HEAT key to set temperature from 30/86to 50/121depending on our need and usING consitions.

5 Heat Levels: 30/86, 35/95, 40/104, 45/113, 50/121.
