Clearing the pedometer data and reseting to '0'

-Under the step mode, press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds until the word 'CLR' on the display blinks.

-Press SET button to confirm. All pedometer data will be cleared and reset to '0'. Otherwise, if left idle for 10 seconds, it will revert to step mode with pedometer data being intact.

Note: Pedometer data can only be cleared is step mode.

Changing the batteries

1, Remove the 4 screws from the back cover with a screwdriver.

2, Take out the old batteries.

3, Replace with fresh batteries. Make sure they are inserted in their correct polarity position.

4, Make sure the battery contact area on the inside of the case is aligned and touching the battery before screwing it back into place.
