Our products have been specially pasteurised in an approved licenced premise for the manufacturing of products of animal origin. Our unique process pasteurises the egg white to make it safe to store in ambient temperatures, however due to the low cooking temperature of egg whites, this product is still classes as 'minimally processed'. This means it does not get pasteurised to a level that eradicated all possible bacteria. We have strict policies and proceedures in place for the prevention of unsafe products, but we always advise to smell the product on opening prior to use to ensure the product is of a safe quality.
