Peace and Hope blend Our founder and Roastmaster Gerald wanted to create a blend for commuters and a leisurely cup that could be enjoyed with friends. This blend punches so well through the milk and we have yet to discover a coffee that performs better with those milky offerings. This coffee also works as a well balanced espresso or served black.

PEABERRY: A Hampshire, UK based coffee roastery whose aim is to provide their customers with the best tasting coffees from around the coffee belt. The estate is at an altitude of 3600 ft in the hills around Matagalpa. The bushes enjoy generous shading from Walnut and Banana trees and the flavour is enhanced by the Mandarin and Cacao also grown within the estate. PROFILE. You will find tasting notes of Salted Caramel, Chocolate, Banana and Walnuts. A well banaced coffee with a blend content of 1/3 Nicaragua - Finca Joan Bowen, 1/3 India - Mysore and 1/3 Brazil - Pocos de Caldes. NEW HOUSE BLEND. We wanted to create a versatile blend ideal for commutes and leisurely catch ups alike. We visited Nicaragua and were struck by the beauty and location of the plantation. The people were so friendly and realising we could bring the whole harvest home, we decided these golden nuggets of coffee would be instrumental for our new house blend.
