Park Tool SW-16 Internal Nipple Spoke Wrench — 3.2mm Square

Some aero wheels found on road bikes feature spoke nipples accessible only through the spoke holes on the outside of the rim. The SW-16 is designed to access these hard-to-reach nipples, with an extra long reach (3.25"/ 8.25cm) for those deep aero rims. Features a comfortable dual-density handle.

The SW-16 is sized for 3.2mm square socket nipples. The outside shaft diameter is nominally 6mm to clear small spoke holes.

There are many different sizes and even shapes of spoke nipples, some of which are very similar to one another. Nipples are typically made of soft material and can be easily damaged by the wrong sized spoke wrench (or poor-fitting off-brand wrenches), so having the correct wrench is important.
