Pancake Baking Mix

Recipe:

1. Grease a frying pan with oil/butter and leave on a medium heat whilst you prepare the batter

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk with your choice of oil/butter

3. Add the full content of this baking mix to the bowl and combine

3. Once the pan is warm, pour ~37g batter (using a measuring scoop, ladle or spoon) and cook until bubbles start to form. Then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

4. Serve with toppings of your choice!
