Double Pedal Regressive

  • Lie on your back with your legs straight and your feet in the Double Pedal.
  • Place the Double Pedal in the bottom level of the Tower.
  • Put on your Prism Glasses.
  • Place your arms at 45 degrees from your body with your palms out
  • Hold it for 10 minutes.
  • Raise your legs one level up the tower for 10 minutes.
  • Continue up the levels until you reach and finish 10 minutes on the highest level.

Supine Groin Progressive in Tower

  • Lie on your back with one leg straight out on the highest level of the Tower with the Single Pedal on your foot and the other leg on a Pain Free at Sea Posture Therapy Large Foam or Inflatable Block with the knee bent at 90 degrees.
  • Put on your Prism Glasses.
  • Lower the foot pedal one level on the tower and hold for 5 minutes.
  • Relax your upper body and let your body adjust at each new level.
  • Continue this until your leg is extended straight out on the lowest level.
  • Switch legs and repeat the entire sequence.

Double Pedal Progressive

  • Lie on your back with your legs straight and your feet in the Double Pedal.
  • Place the Double Pedal in the top level of the Tower.
  • Put on your Prism Glasses.
  • Place your arms at 45 degrees from your body with your palms out
  • Hold it for 10 minutes.
  • Lower your legs one level down the tower for 10 minutes.
  • Continue down the levels until you reach and finish 10 minutes on the lowest level.
