Each of the connected headsets can listen and talk. The trainer may mute anyone of the connected headsets anytime. This OvisLink training adapter is compatible with all the OvisLink headset models which have RJ9 connector. Before use the training adapter, connect the headset directly to the phone; make sure the headset is compatible with your phone. If the headset can’t work with the phone directly, the training adapter doesn’t work. For example, you can’t use a Cisco phone headset and the training adapter with an Avaya phone. The OVT-12 OvisLink training adapter is also compatible with other headsets with RJ9 connector if the headset can work directly connected to the phone. The OVT-12 comes with a RJ9 to 2.5mm cord.
