Ortocanis Knee Immobilizer

The Ortocanis knee immobilizer stabilizes the articulation of the dog and helps dogs with limping and joint pain for an improved quality of life.

Main Characteristics:

Pain Relief: it reduces pain by increasing the joint's temperature, helping to reduce the inflamation.

Lateral Support: The two aluminium splints increase stability and reduce the joint movements.

Faster Recovery: It increases blood circulation and performance, so the recovery time improves.

Additional Information:

The Ortocanis Knee Brace is to be used with the Fastening Belt Pack (sold separately).

Some dogs are shaped in such a way that the Ortocanis knee brace may slip off the back.

The belt prevents the knee brace's upper strap from falling off.

Instructions for use:


Undo the Velcro straps on the brace completely before inserting the dog's leg.	Introduce the brace very carefully, making sure not to damage the knee. Once positioned, raise the brace fitting it tightly to the thigh.	Wrap the straps around the waist and adjust the velcro to secure the brace. Adjust the lower strap to ensure maximum comfort.	Gradually introduce the brace and check it periodically for chafing. Remove the support when resting.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN. The ergonomic construction of the protector allows it to fit perfectly to the dog's knee, thus increg your pet's comfort. DESIGNED FOR A COMFORTABLE HOLD. The joint protection is made of special neoprene for better compression and support of the limb. JOINT STABILISATION. With two aluminium side splints, the joint support is specially designed for pathologies requiring partial immobilisation of the dog's joint. A PAIN RELIEF SOLUTION. By increg the working temperature of the knee, the stabiliser has an anti-inflammatory effect which helps to reduce the dog's discomfort. 360º KNEE SUPPORT. The Ortocanis knee protection limits the mobility of the knee joint, making it ideal for dogs with cruciate ligament injuries, patellar luxation or in a post-operative stage.
