Instructions: If you need your insoles to make shoes smaller, simply place your pair of Zensoles on top of the existing innersole as shoe fillers. Otherwise, remove the factory shoe insert from your shoes (if there is one) and replace it with your new insoles. If you need to make a size adjustment, simply trim your Zensoles with a pair of scissors along the lines indicated.
