Infusions of raspberry leaves are well-known allies for women. Used to help promote regular menstrual cycles, they reduce heavy periods and relieve period pain. Even after giving birth, raspberry leaves can still have a positive effect on women's reproductive organs. They help to tone the perineum again, while reducing post-partum bleeding.
