This Zhu Ye Qing is a yuqian green tea 2nd grade. Yuqian means the green tea leaves harvested before Gu Yu (Grain Rain), which is one of 24 solar terms in China, each year around April 20. Porcelain gaiwan or glass cup is suggested for brewing zhu ye qing tea. For hot tea, Chinese gongfu way recommended: Serving size: 3g Water: 150ml with temperature around 80? 4 steeps: rinse, 30s, 60s, 90s, 120s. For iced tea, 3g tea with 150ml mineral water, stay for 6-8 hours in fridge you can begin to drink the tea. Or add ice directly to hot tea after staying 1 minute when get tea soup.
