Cooking Instructions

TO REPLACE TWO SCRAMBLED EGGS:

1) Whisk two tbsp of Vegan Easy Egg wit half cup of water & 1 tsp of oil until blended.

2) Preheat fryingpan and grease lightly

3) Pour in Vegan Easy Egg into frying pan and distribute evenly. Lift and fold until thickened an no liquid remains. Remove and serve!

VEGAN FRENCH TOAST WITH STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients: 50g Vegan Easy Eggs 250ml water 3 tsp olive oil 6 slices gluten free bread fresh strawberries, sliced maple syrup

1. Combine the vegan eggs ingredients and whisk. Prepare a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil or coconut oil. 2. Dip each slice of gf bread into the vegan egg mixture and place into a heated frying pan. Over medium heat fry each side until golden brown. 3. Serve immediately onto plates and top with fresh strawberries and a good drizzle of maple syrup.
