Blighty Booch Kombucha started in 2018. We are passionate about Kombucha and our search for the drink in the UK led us to making our own, from our Boochery in Conwy, north Wales. We use Blighty Brew organic tea from the high mountains of Hunan Province, China and brew our Kombucha traditionally and slowly in small batches. Our methods have produced award winning Kombucha that offers a delicious and healthier alternative to other soft drinks and alcohol.
