How to prepare Matcha Tea

Scoop the Match powder into a sieve above a Matcha bowl
sieve the powder into the bowl
Add a small amount of water to the bowl and mix the powder to create a paste
Once you've got a paste consistency add a cup of water
Mix with a matcha whisk for 1.30 min-2 mins in a zig zag formation until a good foam begins to form.
