Buckwheat Brownies Ingredients: ½ cup organic avocado oil, 1 ½ cup organic cane sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 4 eggs or vegan alternative, 1 Tbsp. dark corn syrup or blackstrap molasses, 2 cups Organic Grains Buckwheat Flour, ¾ cup organic dark cocoa powder, ½ tsp. non-aluminum baking powder, 1 tsp. sea salt. Directions: Wash and sanitize all work surfaces and tools. Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium mixing bowl mix together the oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs and syrup until the sugar dissolves, about 4 minutes. Add the flour, cocoa, and salt, mixing 2 minutes. Allow batter to rest about 5 minutes. Spread into a lightly greased bar pan (8x8x2 inch) Bake 30-35 minutes until internal temperature of 150° or higher. Cool brownies in pan at least 30 minutes before cutting allowing them to set up.	Buckwheat Pancakes Ingredients: 1 cup Organic Grains Buckwheat Flour, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, ¼ tsp. salt, 1¼ cups milk, 1 large egg, beaten. Directions: Whisk buckwheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Beat egg and milk together in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients and whisk until batter is thick and smooth. Let batter rest at least 5 minutes before cooking. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto greased griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.	Buckwheat French Crepes Ingredients: 4 1/2 cups Organic Grains Buckwheat Flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 5 cups water, 2 Tbsp. agave nectar, 1/2 cup avocado oil (for cooking crepes). Directions: Combine the buckwheat flour and the salt in a large gallon-sized bowl. Add half the water and all the agave. Mix slowly with a whisk. Continue to add the water slowly, mixing the batter between additions until all the water is added. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. After 3 hours, mix the batter well. The final consistency should be thin, but able to coat a pan without being thick. Take a nonstick pan and oil it well with 2-3 teaspoons of avocado oil. Let the pan heat uniformly over medium heat. Pour ½ cup of batter and swirl the pan swiftly to make a thin layer. Let it cook about 1 minute. Turn gently. Cook an additional minute until lightly browned. The crepe should be ready. Repeat.
