I have an allergy, can I consume your productsIn addition to Milk, Egg, Soy and Wheat Allergens that are produced at our facility, we also handle products that contain both Tree Nuts and Peanuts. FGO purchases ingredients from suppliers who follow good manufacturing practices which includes allergen management control. FGO follows the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act requirements for labeling of all our products. Given that our products are produced in facilities that contain common allergens, our recommendation would be to avoid our products if you have a common allergy, out of an abundance of caution.

Vanilla Camu-Camu Pudding Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, plus one for slicing; 1 large avocado; 1 tbsp of FGO Organic Camu Camu Powder; 1/2 tsp honey; 1/4 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tbsp of cacao chips; 1 tsp chia seeds Instructions Place bananas, avocado, Camu Camu and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into two bowls or glasses and garnish with cocoa chips, chia seeds and sliced bananas or other optional toppings of your choice. Save in the refrigerator or serve immediately.	Tropical Camu Camu Smoothie Ingredients: 2 oranges - peeled; Handfuul of strawberries; 1/4 cup raw cashews; 1 tsp FGO Organic Camu Camu powder; 1 tbsp FGO Organic Goji Berries; 1 cup water; 1 cup ice Instructions Blend all ingredients in blender, top with Goji Berries, enjoy and feel good!	Mango Frozen Yogurt Ingredients: 1.5 cup frozen mango cubes (if possible use fresh mangos, cut up into cubes and freeze overnight); 2 tbsps FGO Organic Camu Camu Powder; 2 tbsps honey; Fresh mint; 1 cup plain yogurt Instructions Place frozen mango cubes in food processor and blend till smooth.
