INGREDIENTS:

1 cup brown rice flour
2 tsp coconut sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
coconut oil pan spray

How to Prepare Brown Rice Flour Crispy Pancakes

Prep Time 10 minutes | Rest 1 hr | Cook Time 15 minutes | Total Time 1.15 hrs minutes | Servings 4

A breakfast that's legit-crispy, gorgeous, easy to make, and oh so wholesome!

INSTRUCTION:

Into a mixing bowl, whisk eggs until frothy appearance.
Then, whisk in coconut oil and milk and mix for 1 min.
Add baking soda, baking powder, brown rice flour, coconut sugar and sea salt. Whisk well, until lumps disappear.
Cover bowl with saran wrap and leave to rest for 1 hour.
Spray frying pan with coconut oil and let it heat up for 1 min on medium flame.
Pour 1/8 cup of batter onto a pan.
When the sides of pancakes are set and the top bubbled, flip it over.
Serve with honey or pure maple syrup and fresh berries.
