Gently massage your scalp for a few minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly. Follow with a conditioner or natural hair oil if desired. Use 1-2 times a week for best results.	FOR BODY To use African black soap on your skin: Wet your skin with warm water. Take a small amount of the soap and lather it in your hands or on a washcloth. Gently apply the lather to your skin, avoiding the eyes. Massage in a circular motion for about a minute. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Apply a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. Use it 2-3 times a week, depending on your skin's sensitivity and needs.	For Face To use African black soap on your face: Wet your face with warm water. Break off a small piece of the soap or use a soft cloth to lather it.
