?Application?100G PSM4 standard is a multi-source protocol (MSA) designed to deliver a low-cost solution that delivers four 25Gbps wavelengths over a single mode fiber in addition to the IEEE 100G Ethernet specification, specifically designing for transmission distances of 500m of the network applications. ?Connectors&Cables?100GBASE-PSM4 QSFP+ transceivers adopt MTP/MPO-12 Male connectors and use 12 fibers single mode fiber cables G.652 SMF up to 500m with MPO connectors. as for 25G to 100G network upgrade connection, 8-core SMF builds four independent channels (4 for transmitting and 4 for receiving) for 100Gbps optical interconnects, and the transmission rate of each channel is 25 Gbps. ?Breakout 4x25G?100GBASE-PIR4 QSFP28 transceivers use 12 fibers single mode MTP Type B trunk cables for direct connection, and as for 25G to 100G network speed upgrade connection, 8 fibers single mode MTP-LC Type B harness cable can be applied. ?100G QSFP+ PSM4?100GBASE-PSM4 QSFP+ transceiver module, 12 Fibers MTP/MPO Male connectors, up to 500m on single mode Fiber (SMF), long distance transmission over singlemode fiber 1310nm.
