Olyke Oat Shortbread Cookies Recipe

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except for the butter and chocolate chips) while adding the butter in gradual increment until dough is grainy.
Using your hands, make the dough into balls and press down on the baking sheet to form the cookies. Bake in pre-heated oven to 350 F for 30 mins.
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate over medium low heat. Place the melted chocolate into a bowl. Dip the cookies in, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
