The superior taste is created using an ancient Russian technique called “Malossol” or “low salt”. This method draws out the fine flavor of the black caviar, resulting in clean, nutty-tasting pearls with a creamy texture that customers love.

Unopened caviar in glass jars will last 180 days. Unopened caviar in metal tins will last for 4 weeks. Once opened, enjoy your caviar within 3 days.

Malossol caviar curation describes an idyllic salting process used to increase the shelf life of the fish roe. We use a 3-5% pure NaCl salt content, which is ideal because it not only preserves the jar caviar but allows the enchanting natural flavors to shine.
