Die Oliven Taggikas sind eine Kultivar, die vor allem für die Brüste und insbesondere in der Provinz Imperien typisch ist. Kleines Obst, ist schmackhaft und reich an Öl. Die Ernte unserer Olivenbeuteln geht von Oktober bis März. Sie erreichen unsere Fabrik wenige Stunden nach der Ernte und werden sofort so bearbeitet, dass alle organoleptischen Eigenschaften erhalten bleiben.
