Wholemeal pizza dough, rich and healthy!

Ingredients:

1 cup water • 3 tablespoons olive oil • Salt • 1 tablespoon Nortembio Baking Soda • 2 cups whole wheat flour • Tomato sauce • Grated cheese • Oregano.

Preparation:

Mix the flour with the Nortembio baking soda, salt and oil. Add the water little by little so that the dough does not become liquid. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Knead until the dough does not stick to your fingers. It should be compact and at the same time mouldable. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Once you have reached the desired size, cover the base with tomato sauce, grated cheese and oregano - at this point you can add as many toppings as you like! Put the pizza in the oven and keep it there for 10 minutes.

Time for dessert! Try these carrot and pineapple muffins.

Ingredients:

220 g flour • 2 large eggs • 125 g brown sugar • 30 ml sunflower oil • 250 g grated carrots • 140 g drained tinned pineapple • Lemon juice • 1 teaspoon baking yeast • 1 teaspoon Nortembio Bicarbonate of Soda • 1 pinch of salt · 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare 12 muffin tins. Wash the carrots, remove the skin and grate them. Mix with a squeeze of lemon juice. Drain the pineapple well and cut into small cubes. Using a sieve, sift the flour together with the yeast, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the brown sugar and mix well. Then add the oil, carrot and pineapple. Stir to combine, mixing the dry and wet ingredients together to make a completely smooth batter. Fill the moulds halfway. Bake for about 20 minutes, let cool and remove from the moulds, then eat!

Spongy cookies Make delicious cookies adding up a pinch of Nortembio Baking Soda to the mixture, to get a perfect texture on your homemade cookies. Advise! Add chocolate chips for extra flavour.	Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks Add a pinch of Sodium Bicarbonate to the egg-whites before you beat them. This will give you a thicker and more uniform result.	Rase cakes, pastry and biscuits To raise the dough on your cakes, muffins and desserts, change the common yeast for a little spoon of Sodium Bicarbonate, mixed with flavour (1 spoon for every 500g of flour).
