NOTE:

1. This USB bluray drive doesn't come with any Blu-ray software, can't work for iPad/Tablet/Projector/TV/Chrome OS/Car/Smart Phone/4K HD Disk. Work well in Windows system and Mac OS computer smoothly under the correct Blu ray playback software and burn software.

2. Please use professional software to play Blu-ray discs, this external Blu ray burner needs to download the Blu-ray player/burn software itself before it can read and burn Blu-ray discs, such as NERO/LEAWO/iDeer Blu-ray Player/CyberLink PowerDVD/Mac Blu-ray Player/Blu-ray Player/Macgo Blu-ray Player. Recommendations are as follows: Macgo Blu-ray Player for MAC OS, and PowerDVD for Windows. LEAWO is free one for all system. Player software on your computer must support Blu-ray format when playing Blu-ray discs.

3. This external Blu ray DVD player does not play 4K Ultra HD Discs. Make sure the playback software on your computer must support the Blu-ray format. Download the “Cyberlink BD & 3D Advisor”, start to perform testing, it will tell you a result if your computer support playing Blu ray or 3D.

4. If you cannot read Blu-ray discs, please try to set the Blu ray drive region to your country/region. Blu-ray software is required to play Blu-ray discs. Strongly recommend Mac Blu-ray player, iDeer Blu-ray player.

5. For Mac OS computer, when this Blu ray burner is playing disk for BD/DVD/CD, if you want to eject the disc, please click the icon of "Eject" in the playback software or from the computer system. It is invalid to eject the disk out by pressing the eject button of the panel directly.

6. For desktop, we suggest to connect the data cable to the back USB port of the main board instead of the front USB port of the main board.

7. Please make sure there is a correct connection for this external DVD Blu ray drive, connect the data cable of this Blu ray drive directly to the USB/USB Type-C port on your computer, and must ensure your computer must support Blu-ray format. Don't connect to a USB Hub or extension cord, otherwise this Blu-ray drive will not be recognized.

8. The data cable is embedded at the bottom of the external blueray/dvd drive, when using, please take out the data cable and plug it into the USB or USB Type-C port of computer, please do not connect only the separate USB power supply. For better performance, we suggest you to connect the USB power cable during use.
