One of the joys of baking cookies is snacking on the cookie dough. However, most cookie dough that's made for baking is actually not that safe to eat raw. And, let's be honest, it also doesn't taste that great. That's why we made a cookie dough that is doughliciously good and actually meant to be eaten raw right out of the jar!
NoBaked is cookie dough you can safely eat raw just the way it is. It's prepacked in a jar but tastes like you just made it in your own kitchen and are eating it straight out of the bowl. NoBaked Cookie Dough is made without eggs, which eliminates the chance of getting a foodborne illness from raw eggs. It's also made with heat-treated flour. Many people don't realize how often raw flour has been contaminated. By heat treating the flour, we prevent contamination.
