Our process:
NihKan works very closely with farming communities to source premium quality ingredients. NihKan Green Banana Flour is produced using Solar Conduction drying (SCD) for dehydration a 100% natural and sustainable technology. This gentle drying process preserves the nutritional quality of the produce. Green bananas are peeled, chopped and dried and then ground into flour. The green banana process requires 8-10kg of raw green bananas to produce 1kg of banana flour.
We follow the highest-grade food safety measures & process in a BRCS certified hygienic environment to ensure that there is no microbial contamination & that we deliver best in class quality product. Our facility is gluten free and is safe for consumption by Gluten allergies/food intolerances.
