We work very closely with farming communities to source premium quality ingredients which are naturally sprouted to activate all the nutrients.The sprouting process reduces the phytic acid content of grains & beans, making the nutrients more bioavailable for our body to digest. The sprouted grains are then gently dried to preserve the nutritional power & then milled into nutritious flour.

Generally millet flours are difficult to bind together to form a dough and make soft chapati/flat bread. But NIHKAN's ALL Purpose flour is formulated with superfood -Green Banana Flour which is high in resistant starch and helps in binding the gluten free flour together. Hence, easy to make chapatis using hand dough or in Rotimatic.

Millet Crepes / cheelas

Add spices to the flour and make a slurry dough and pour on to greased pan to make crepes/dosas.

Millet Chapati/Roti/Flat Bread

Knead a medium soft dough while adding water to the flour & roll small balls to make instant chapatis/rotis.

Stuffed paratha/Flat Bread

Add vegetables like spinach/celery/coriander to the flour and knead a soft dough and roll small balls. Roast on pan with butter/oil on both sides.
