NICKS Fiber Syrup is a fiber syrup consisting of soluble glucose fiber (with very low blood sugar effect) and sweeteners from natural raw materials. Perfect replacement for syrup in cooking and baking as it gives baked goods and bars stability.
It's available in 3 variations: Natural/Clear, Maple syrup and Honey flavor.

NICKS Fiber Syrup is a fiber syrup consisting of soluble corn fiber (a prebiotic fiber that serves as food for the "good" bacteria in you gut, Sorbitol (great for dental health) and Stevia or Steviol Glycosides (Stevia is a plant from south america).
Perfect replacement for syrup in cooking and baking Unlike other so-called "fiber" syrups made from IMO (isomaltooligosaccharides), NICK'S fiber syrup is made from soluble corn fiber with documented fiber properties. In contrast to IMO, which is broken down to glucose by enzymes already in you small intestine.
