• How do I clean my insoles?
• To ensure longevity, it is important to handle the insoles with care. Avoid submerging them in water and instead, opt for spot-cleaning using a mild detergent. After cleaning, allow them to air dry completely. With proper care, the insoles can last 6+ months.
• How much weight can it handle?
• Work Orthotics model has a medium arch support. These inserts are designed to minimize arch pain and offer great comfort. Please consider purchasing our Support 220+ model if your weight is over 160 lbs and you need stronger arch support.
• What they are made of?
• The insoles offer comfortable arch support made of TPU with a cushioning layer with a PU foam base, plus sweat absorbing and breathable fabric.

WARNING: We advise customers to wear the insoles for a minimum of 7 days. During the first 3-7 days, you may experience some foot pressure. This is normal as your feet are not accustomed to the arch support (new shape of insoles). To help ease into wearing the insoles, we suggest starting with 2-5 hours per day and gradually increasing the time each day, until you reach the full 7 days.
