It is recommended that Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil be applied twice daily, for a minimum of three months. To help prevent the formation of pregnancy stretch marks it is recommended that Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil be applied to these areas twice a day, from the start of the first trimester until after birth. For maximum absorption, Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil should be applied to cleansed skin. Mixing Bio-Oil Natural Skincare Oil with other products to ‘make it go further’ may negatively affect its efficacy.
