Usage:
1. Place this cervical traction device flat on the bed, sofa or flat place you want to use.
2.Adjust the position and find the comfortable place, make your neck lying on the pillow, completely relax your neck. Bent your knees, put your hand beside your head, suspened your head and stretch neck by natual gravity.
3.If you choose to use it with the heating function, put the heating pad on, and then Just plug the USB cable into the power bank, PC or USB adapter (5V=1A charger/DC USB input), you can choose the appropriate temperature to adjust the controller temperature according to your needs.
Heating pad installation method:
1. Place the black glued end of the heating pad on the bottom of the neck stretcher toward the rear edge.
2. Stretch the heating pad around the middle of the neck stretcher, and then stick the Velcro. (Ensure that the heating part is on the cervical spine)
Note:
1. Please use it moderately. If the number of times is too high and the strength is too high, it will cause cervical muscle damage.

3. NOT USING the Heating Pad attachment while sleeping. The heating pad attachment needs to be monitored when using at all times.
