Freeze drying maintains the majority of the nutritional value of the food. Other methods of preservation, such as canning and dehydrating, use high temperatures that destroy much of the food value. All our products are 100% fruit, with no sugar added, no corn syrup, no additives, non gmo, kosher, no dyes, gluten free, peanut, egg and dairy free and never anything artificial.

SHELF LIFE

Unlike refrigerated, frozen, and canned fruit that just don’t last very long, our freeze dried fruit has a shelf life of 3 years and does not need to be to be rotated like other foods. Freeze dried food is perfect for home storage!
